My story.
After spending the last 10 years dedicating my life to becoming the most elite athlete possible, I’m ready to pass this information along to as many high school football athletes as possible who are looking to do the same.
It’s my mission to make sure that every high school athlete has all the resources necessary to put themselves in the best position possible to succeed and get the opportunities to play at the next level that they’re looking for. This was something that I did not have in high school and I always think of how beneficial it would have been.
That being said, if there is one thing I grew to learn after my time as a college athlete, it would be that nutrition needs to be the primary focus for all athletes.
This information that I have to offer is EXACTLY what took me from an average athlete out of high school who was close to 20% body fat to an All-Conference Defensive Lineman that was under 10% body at 265 lbs.
There’s nothing fancy or flashy about structured meal plans and nutritional programming. But I can tell you from experience if there was one thing that allowed me to start over 40+ college games, obtain 10% body fat at 265 lbs., bounce back from 3 ACL tears, be a Team Captain, and an All-Conference player… it would be because of my nutrition.
Everyone works out and sleeps hard, but not many take their nutrition as seriously as they should and this is your chance to do so.
